Eun Kyoung (Ivy) Chai

I am a registered massage therapist and a registered acupuncturist graduating from the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine (AIM) Academy. I am very keen about being a part of the healthcare community by helping individuals in the recovery and maintenance of good health.

I have clinical experience including treatment of acute and chronic pain, stiffness, sleep/emotional distress, digestive ailments and much more. Modalities that I offer includes tuina massage, cupping, moxibustion, GuaSha (scraping), acupuncture, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, swedish massage, stretching, joint mobilization and deep tissue massage.

I focuses on posture and structural alignment, myofascial structure of the body, pain relief, relaxation, stress management and therapeutic exercise. I strongly believe that when the body is relaxed, recovery is much faster and direct. Using a combination of comprehensive assessments and evidence based research, I am able to thoroughly apply my knowledge and provide optimal care for my patients.

I am very passionate and eager to facilitate healing with techniques that I have learned, as well as more that she will acquire through continued education.
