Adam has special interests in sports injuries, occupational injuries, clinical nutrition, and diabetes prevention. He believes strongly in patient education and empowering the patient. Using a functional approach, Adam aims to find and treat the root cause of pain, with the goal of improving health and lifestyle.

Adam studied sciences and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in psychology from the University of Western Ontario. He then completed a four-year professional program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto where he graduated cum laude and was recognized with clinic honors for clinical proficiency. Adam has furthered his studies through the completion of several soft tissue courses (Active Release Technique®, Graston Technique®) and Contemporary Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University. Adam is also proficient in the use of Kinesio Taping Method along with spinal and extremity adjusting. Adam has a love of animals so he recently became certified as an Animal Chiropractor. These diverse skills allow for an integrated and tailored approach to each patient and condition.
